Role: Senior SAP SD Functional Consultant
Role Overview
We are looking for a **Senior SAP SD Consultant** with 6–10 years of strong hands-on experience in **SAP Sales & Distribution and S/4HANA**. The candidate will be responsible for leading functional activities, driving end-to-end O2C solutions, managing business requirements, and providing expertise across implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end **SAP SD / O2C** process design and implementation.
* Own SD configuration across **Sales, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, and Returns**.
* Analyze complex business requirements and design scalable SAP solutions.
* Lead discussions with business stakeholders and provide functional recommendations.
* Configure **Pricing Procedures, Condition Techniques, Output Determination, ATP, Credit Management, and Account Determination**.
* Drive integration between SAP SD and **FI, MM, PP, and other modules**.
* Lead functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for custom developments.
* Support **S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production support**.
* Lead defect analysis, root-cause analysis, and resolution of critical production issues.
* Plan and execute functional testing, integration testing, UAT, and regression testing.
* Review functional designs and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
* Mentor junior consultants and provide technical/functional guidance to the team.
* Prepare solution designs, configuration documents, test cases, and other project documentation.
* Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams and ensure timely delivery of assigned workstreams.
Required Skills
* 6–10 years of SAP SD experience with strong functional expertise.
* Excellent understanding of the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C)lifecycle.
* Strong hands-on experience in:
* Sales Order Management
* Delivery & Shipping
* Picking & PGI
* Billing & Invoicing
* Pricing & Condition Techniques
* Output Determination
* Availability Check / ATP
* Credit Management
* Account Determination
* Returns & Credit/Debit Processes
* Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA.
* Good knowledge of integration with FI, MM, PP, and other SAP modules.
* Experience in end-to-end implementation and/or rollout projects.
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Good to Have
* SAP S/4HANA implementation or global rollout experience.
* Exposure to SAP Fiori and modern S/4HANA business processes.
* Experience leading an SD workstream or small functional team.
* SAP SD certification.
* Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
